This operations report was built in PowerBI to help align marketing, sales and product teams together with company leadership. This report starts with a focus on high level metrics used to drive executive decision while progressing through more detailed analyses to drill into particular metrics that may be causing a blockage in the marketing-to-sales funnel process. The data behind this report comes from 4 separate systems belonging to the marketing, sales, product and finance teams. Team leadership met weekly to review metrics and plan for business activities in the coming week. This report was the only report serving the company that gave a holistic view of each of these key departments and their progress towards achieving company-wide goals.
